App for transporting passengers

Until now, passenger ride requests have been sent via SMS and email. This will not change, but now we send a link to the carrier's app. By clicking on the link, you gain access to the request and passenger data. This way, when you call the passenger, your phone number is not visible to other carriers. By confirming that you are picking up the passenger, other carriers will no longer be able to contact them. All the carrier needs is a phone/smartphone with internet access.

How does picking up a passenger in the app work?

You receive an SMS, email, or notification with a link to the passenger's request. By clicking on the link, you open the app and see WHERE - WHERE the passenger wants to go, the departure date, and the partially hidden phone number. Click the green CALL button to call the passenger. During the conversation with the passenger, other carriers cannot see the passenger's phone number, so they cannot call them.

If you make an appointment for the trip, click the blue I'M PICKING UP button. At this point, other carriers are notified that you have already picked up the passenger and do not have access to them. If you don't click the blue I'M PICKING UP button, after 2 minutes other carriers will be able to call and pick up this passenger.

How is it billed?

How much does it cost?

Each action to unlock a contact costs, for example, 10 points, and you top up the points in the app. In the carrier's app, you have the option to purchase medals for points - Gold, Silver, Bronze. Each medal reduces the cost of unlocking a contact and picking up a passenger. The costs are determined by you - you top up your account and use the contacts. You unlock the contacts that interest you.
